About Me

I entered real estate in the summer of 2007 after completing my undergraduate work in English and Photography at Hampshire College. I was born and raised on the East Side of Providence, Rhode Island, and I am a third generation Realtor, and son of Sally Lapides, founder & CEO of Residential Properties Ltd. I began a career in real estate sales because I saw the opportunity to provide a new perspective to an established model in a town that I know and love. I offer technological skills to keep you informed, the combined experience of a family in real estate sales, investment, management and development, and a creative approach to business strategy. I serve my clients both as an expert in the local real estate market, and as a strong ally with the belief that a lasting career is based on integrity. You can count on my honesty.

In the spring of 2008, I purchased my first house in the Fox Point neighborhood of Providence, and I currently live among renovations with my Cockapoo puppy, Adam.
